Three things you can do today to create the life you desire.
The rest of 2018 can be the start of the rest of your life.
I invite you on a journey, through the forest, through the peaceful meadows. Imagine that time stopped and space expanded. You feel free and light. And you begin to wonder about yourself and imagine your life even better than it already is.

You ask yourself a question. What do I want the rest of 2018 to be like? What can I create with the time I have on my hands? How can I make it a wonderful year for myself?
The rest of 2018 can be the start of the rest of your life.

1) Take a pen and pencil. Scribble, write & draw.
Write down all your wins this year. Small and big achievements. Happy times. Savour this moments of accomplishment. Praise yourself & love yourself deeply.
Remind yourself of your New Years resolutions for this year.
2) Take a deep breath and imagine yourself. Capable. Courageous. Confident. Visualise the life you desire by seeing what you want in life, what you want to create or attract. Feel into who you want to be, how you want to show up in the world. Hear the words that describe you. Include seemingly crazy dreams and impossible goals. Make tons of notes, write your heart out.
3) Think about some healthy habits that will help you there. What can you do daily that will get you closer to this vision?
Which current habits do you want to drop because they are not helpful, in fact they jeopardise your vision, they take your focus and energy away?
Which new habits do you want to adopt, practice daily, weekly, monthly, for the rest of the year. Because we are creatures of habits. We are what we repeat often.
